Menu For Monday
Part of Family Residency Lies and Adi, prepared by Lies and Rasa for the crew of the Vooruit, during their appreciative inquiry workshop.

Spreads
- lentils fried in butter and cooked with bay leaves, finely chopped carrots + celery and leek sprouts
- beetroot (steamed) blended with caraway seeds, orange juice, balsamic vinegar + apples and walnuts
- nettles (steamed) blended with lime juice and oil
Soup
- black beans, carrots, celery, garlic, chili served with sour cream salad
- courgette and aubergine lightly fried in butter, with feta, curry leaves, garlic, basil
- fermented cucumbers with chili and mint
Dessert
- sour cream topped with red berries cooked til condensed with stevia sugar
- corn, coated with salty butter, baked in the oven, served with black chocolate coating
